The criminals have tucked tail and gone back to whatever hole they came from, and the people can finally breathe again. The citizens of fair Gotham are getting back to the routine of normal life -well, as normal as life in Gotham can ever get. Just when things seem to be looking up, the inmates of Arkham Asylum have somehow been released. All Hell is about to break loose, and the most notorious criminals of Gotham are taking to the street. They are out for blood, revenge and to cause sheer panic and chaos.
