| The Lobby
The ground floor of the newly rebuilt Baxter Building consists of a museum dedicated to the Fantastic Four's history and saving the Universe. Off to one side is a gift shop where you can purchase anything a typical superhero type museum would offer. The elevator will only take you up to the Fantastic Four. No other residents live here due to constant attacks.

To the normal visitor they would only see a reception area, greeted by Roberta, a usuform robot, whom is hooked up to the computer system to monitor the whole building. Also hidden scanners would be scanning you in secret...
If the visitor were deemed hostile a large electrical shock from the floor will knock them out. If you end up cleared, then a panel opens to reveal a lift to the 31st floor.
